FEZF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FEZF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FEZF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTF4, ZNF880, and ZC3HAV1. Each is linked with FEZF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEZF2-to-partner and partner-to-FEZF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NTF4 grouped by FEZF2-low versus FEZF2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FEZF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FEZF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
