FEZF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FEZF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FEZF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10G4, TRIM43B, and HSF5. Each is linked with FEZF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEZF2-to-partner and partner-to-FEZF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10G4 grouped by FEZF2-low versus FEZF2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FEZF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FEZF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
