Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FEZ2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FEZ2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher FEZ2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FEZ2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, LUAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where FEZ2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
