FEZ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FEZ2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 508 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FEZ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP410, MIR6853, and RNF166. Each is linked with FEZ2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEZ2-to-partner and partner-to-FEZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP410 grouped by FEZ2-low versus FEZ2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FEZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FEZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
