FEZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FEZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,408 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FEZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBFA, TXNL4A, and TIPIN. Each is linked with FEZ1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEZ1-to-partner and partner-to-FEZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBFA grouped by FEZ1-low versus FEZ1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FEZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FEZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
