FETUB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FETUB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,758 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FETUB-associated genes across cancer lineages are HRG, MASP1, and AHSG. Each is linked with FETUB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FETUB-to-partner and partner-to-FETUB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FETUB versus HRG in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FETUB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FETUB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
