FERMT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FERMT3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FERMT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, IGFBP2, and MEK1. Each is linked with FERMT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FERMT3-to-partner and partner-to-FERMT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by FERMT3-low versus FERMT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FERMT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FERMT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
