FERMT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FERMT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,752 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FERMT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFL2, FBN1, and MSRB3. Each is linked with FERMT2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FERMT2-to-partner and partner-to-FERMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FERMT2 versus CFL2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FERMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FERMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
