FERMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FERMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,083 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FERMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD66, LINC02210-CRHR1, and MIR4648. Each is linked with FERMT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FERMT1-to-partner and partner-to-FERMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD66 grouped by FERMT1-low versus FERMT1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FERMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FERMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
