FERMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FERMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FERMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10Q1, GPR26, and SCGB3A2. Each is linked with FERMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FERMT1-to-partner and partner-to-FERMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10Q1 grouped by FERMT1-low versus FERMT1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FERMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FERMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
