Across TCGA patient cohorts, FER1L6-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,394 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FER1L6-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle docking, Organelle fusion, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with FER1L6-AS1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FER1L6-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FER1L6-AS1 results are reported.
