FER

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FER mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,915 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FER-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD90, AOC2, and SLF1. Each is linked with FER in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FER-to-partner and partner-to-FER results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD90 grouped by FER-low versus FER-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FER→partner) and Y-score (partner→FER) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
