FER

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FER mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FER-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, MEK1, and ATM. Each is linked with FER in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FER-to-partner and partner-to-FER results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by FER-low versus FER-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FER→partner) and Y-score (partner→FER) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
