FER

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FER mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FER-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFDP3, VWC2, and ZNF723. Each is linked with FER in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FER-to-partner and partner-to-FER results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFDP3 grouped by FER-low versus FER-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FER→partner) and Y-score (partner→FER) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
