FEN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FEN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FEN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MSH6, and PAI-1. Each is linked with FEN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEN1-to-partner and partner-to-FEN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by FEN1-low versus FEN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FEN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FEN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
