Across TCGA cell cohorts, FEM1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,795 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FEM1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the C-end degron rule pathway, Dosage compensation by inactivation of X chromosome, and Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with FEM1B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEM1B-to-partner and partner-to-FEM1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the C-end degron rule pathway grouped by FEM1B-low versus FEM1B-high in OESOPHAGUS.
