Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FEM1AP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FEM1AP3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FEM1AP3 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FEM1AP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

HNSC, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where FEM1AP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
