FEM1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FEM1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FEM1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with FEM1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEM1A-to-partner and partner-to-FEM1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by FEM1A-low versus FEM1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FEM1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FEM1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
