Across TCGA cell cohorts, FEM1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,865 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FEM1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Regulation of chromatin organization. Each is linked with FEM1A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEM1A-to-partner and partner-to-FEM1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation grouped by FEM1A-low versus FEM1A-high in BONE.
