FEM1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FEM1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FEM1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf92, CLRN2, and EPPIN. Each is linked with FEM1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEM1A-to-partner and partner-to-FEM1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C9orf92 grouped by FEM1A-low versus FEM1A-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FEM1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→FEM1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
