FECH

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FECH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,562 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FECH-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2, HDHD2, and UNKL. Each is linked with FECH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FECH-to-partner and partner-to-FECH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FECH versus BCL2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FECH→partner) and Y-score (partner→FECH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
