Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FDXACB1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FDXACB1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher FDXACB1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FDXACB1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC and UCEC are the cancer types where FDXACB1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
