FDXACB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDXACB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,912 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDXACB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF214, ERO1A, and POGZ. Each is linked with FDXACB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDXACB1-to-partner and partner-to-FDXACB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FDXACB1 versus RNF214 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDXACB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDXACB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
