Across TCGA cell cohorts, FDXACB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,086 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FDXACB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ether catabolic process, Glycerol ether catabolic process, and Platelet activating factor catabolic process. Each is linked with FDXACB1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDXACB1-to-partner and partner-to-FDXACB1 results are reported.
