FDXACB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FDXACB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDXACB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNRC6B, TMEM33, and RGPD3. Each is linked with FDXACB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDXACB1-to-partner and partner-to-FDXACB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNRC6B grouped by FDXACB1-low versus FDXACB1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDXACB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDXACB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
