Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FDX2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FDX2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher FDX2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FDX2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC are the cancer types where FDX2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
