FDX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10T2, RNU6-164P, and MIR1267. Each is linked with FDX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDX2-to-partner and partner-to-FDX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10T2 grouped by FDX2-low versus FDX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
