FDFT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDFT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,685 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDFT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO7, SH2D4A, and CCAR2. Each is linked with FDFT1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDFT1-to-partner and partner-to-FDFT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FDFT1 versus XPO7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDFT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDFT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
