FDFT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FDFT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,878 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FDFT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGCR, HMGCS1, and ACAT2. Each is linked with FDFT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FDFT1-to-partner and partner-to-FDFT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FDFT1 versus HMGCR in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FDFT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FDFT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
