FCSK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCSK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,874 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCSK-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABHD5, NOCT, and SAR1B. Each is linked with FCSK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCSK-to-partner and partner-to-FCSK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ABHD5 grouped by FCSK-low versus FCSK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCSK→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCSK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
