Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FCRLB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FCRLB data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher FCRLB Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FCRLB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
TGCT and UCEC are the cancer types where FCRLB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
