FCRLB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCRLB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,423 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCRLB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT3, EMILIN2, and AMPD3. Each is linked with FCRLB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRLB-to-partner and partner-to-FCRLB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCRLB versus FERMT3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRLB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRLB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
