FCRLA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCRLA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCRLA-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, S6_pS240_S244, and Tuberin. Each is linked with FCRLA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRLA-to-partner and partner-to-FCRLA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by FCRLA-low versus FCRLA-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
