FCRL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCRL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,742 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCRL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EME1, CDK1, and TCF19. Each is linked with FCRL5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRL5-to-partner and partner-to-FCRL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EME1 grouped by FCRL5-low versus FCRL5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
