FCRL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCRL5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCRL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Cyclin-B1, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with FCRL5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRL5-to-partner and partner-to-FCRL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by FCRL5-low versus FCRL5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
