FCRL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCRL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,151 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCRL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPO, FCRL3, and CD79B. Each is linked with FCRL5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRL5-to-partner and partner-to-FCRL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCRL5 versus MPO in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
