Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCRL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 326 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FCRL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HRH4, CXCL3, and CXCL1. Each is linked with FCRL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRL5-to-partner and partner-to-FCRL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HRH4 grouped by FCRL5-low versus FCRL5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
