FCRL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCRL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,376 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCRL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYB5R3, ZC3H7B, and IFT52. Each is linked with FCRL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRL2-to-partner and partner-to-FCRL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCRL2 versus CYB5R3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
