FCRL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCRL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCRL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ASNS, and Bap1-c-4. Each is linked with FCRL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRL2-to-partner and partner-to-FCRL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by FCRL2-low versus FCRL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
