Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCRL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,372 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FCRL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of autophagosome maturation, Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of D-glucose transmembrane transport. Each is linked with FCRL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRL2-to-partner and partner-to-FCRL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of autophagosome maturation grouped by FCRL2-low versus FCRL2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
