FCRL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCRL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCRL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC172, TBC1D3H, and VN1R3. Each is linked with FCRL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRL2-to-partner and partner-to-FCRL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC172 grouped by FCRL2-low versus FCRL2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
