FCRL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCRL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCRL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAAR8, SPATA48, and OR1D4. Each is linked with FCRL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCRL1-to-partner and partner-to-FCRL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAAR8 grouped by FCRL1-low versus FCRL1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCRL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCRL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
