FCN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, HER2, and Gab2. Each is linked with FCN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCN2-to-partner and partner-to-FCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by FCN2-low versus FCN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
