FCN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 238 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT15L2, GTSF1L, and OR1G1. Each is linked with FCN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCN2-to-partner and partner-to-FCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDRT15L2 grouped by FCN2-low versus FCN2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
