FCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,557 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KNOP1, SNX8, and ZWINT. Each is linked with FCN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCN1-to-partner and partner-to-FCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KNOP1 grouped by FCN1-low versus FCN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
