FCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 379 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPS, SPAG11B, and MRGPRX1. Each is linked with FCN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCN1-to-partner and partner-to-FCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLPS grouped by FCN1-low versus FCN1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
