FCHO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCHO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,737 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCHO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BTK, DEF6, and INPP5D. Each is linked with FCHO1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCHO1-to-partner and partner-to-FCHO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FCHO1 versus BTK in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCHO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCHO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
