FCHO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FCHO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCHO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP1-1, SPATA31A6, and GOLGA6L1. Each is linked with FCHO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCHO1-to-partner and partner-to-FCHO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP1-1 grouped by FCHO1-low versus FCHO1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCHO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCHO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
