Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FCGRT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FCGRT data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher FCGRT Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FCGRT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where FCGRT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
