FCGRT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FCGRT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 928 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FCGRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-200P, CYCSP29, and CENPH. Each is linked with FCGRT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FCGRT-to-partner and partner-to-FCGRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-200P grouped by FCGRT-low versus FCGRT-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FCGRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→FCGRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
